- The rebate form must be filled out completely and a picture of the original invoice uploaded (Recommend that if any credit card information is listed on invoice that it be covered when making a copy to send to BD).
- Price of products must follow BD's pricing policies and be purchased from a recognized BD reseller or installer.
- Cannot be combined with any other factory incentives or rebates.
- All products must be BD made products - all serial numbers will be verified for eligibility.
- Only one rebate per transmission serial number.
- All products must be purchased at the same time on the same invoice with the date of the invoice being between and including February 1st, 2020 to April 31st, 2020.

- Rebate is on purchase of BD Transmission only, BD Transmission plus BD Torque Converter, or, BD Transmission & Converter Package.
- Rebate is only available to the original "end-user" and must be submitted as such from that person.
- Rebate submissions must be submitted via website no later than May 31st, 2020.
- Rebate is paid out by prepaid credit card for USA submissions and cheque for Canadian submissions.

Rebate payment will be made out to and mailed to name and address given. Canadian submissions will have rebate issued in Canadian dollars (CAD) and all other submissions issued in US dollars (USD). Allow 4-8 weeks for processing. If terms and conditions are not met, rebate payment will not be sent. Claims received after applicable dates or incomplete will be deemed as ineligible. BD is not responsible for any claims that have not been received or delayed due to internet or electronic problems. Rebate payment is void if not cashed within 90 days of issuance and cannot be reissued.
